1-2-3Jump maintains an Accident Report
Log. Any accident, no matter how
apparently trivial, occurring in relation to an inflatable
on hire from 1-2-3Jump must be reported to us upon
collection of the unit or sooner. We will complete
an accident report form and add it to our log. Taking
this action in no way changes the rights of 1-2-3Jump
or the hirer under the contract of hire; it merely
creates an accurate record of the incident. 1-2-3Jump
can in no way be responsible for accidents, howsoever
caused, which are not reported to us using this procedure.
The following terms provide specific rules for the
use of the inflatable but are not intended to be an
exhaustive list or limit your general obligation to
safe and reasonable use of the unit:

1) The inflatable may only be used by people under
the age of fourteen (14) years of age.
2) No more than six (6) people may use the unit at
any one time (twelve people (12) for the two-piece
assault course).
3) A person, aged eighteen (18) years or over, must
supervise the unit at all times. The supervisor may
at no times be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

fail a police roadside breath test (or equivalent
for drugs).
