How long can I keep the castle?
We try to deliver before 10am and start picking up from
6pm during summer hours, although arrangements can be
made for longer or shorter periods of hire. If you require
the castle overnight then we can arrange this, but there
will be an extra charge.
What happens if it rains on the hire day?
All of our castles (as appropriate) are available
with shower covers, and that is all they are, the
Bouncy castle is not to be used if it gets too wet,
as it can be very dangerous. If it is likely to be
very wet on the day of hire you can cancel anytime
up to 24 hours before the delivery. After that, a
50% charge will apply. If our van has left its depot
to make the delivery to you, the full charge becomes
payable.
What should I check concerning the site and
access to it?
Yes, please make sure we have plenty of access room;
we need at least a 3 feet wide hall or passageway
to move the bouncy castle into position. Please ensure
that the site for the bouncy castle is clear and flat.
It must be clear of sharp objects such as rocks any
debris, large stones and animal droppings! If we feel
that the site is unsuitable we will not leave the
bouncy castle. We need access to a power point within
50m of the site.
How much room does the bouncy castle require?
This depends on the inflatable you have hired, but
as a rule they require at least 6 feet on the side
where the blower is located (see descriptions of our
individual castles) and at least 4 feet on all other
sides. Ideally at least 10 feet all around, especially
the front is best.
Can our castles, slides and assault courses
go indoors?
Yes, our inflatables can go indoors. However, for
slides and assault courses, the hall must be able
to supply safety mats to surround the inflatable (many
do halls do offer this service as part of their rental
cost). You must also check that the height of the
unit (see our individual inflatable descriptions)
is below the venue’s ceiling height.
What are your payment terms?
Our term’s are strictly cash on delivery. Should
you wish to pay by cheque, we need to have received
the cheque at least one week before the hire date.
Sorry, we’ve been burnt too many times by bouncing
cheques.
When can I book a Castle?
Our bouncy castles are available for hire anytime.
We can get very busy, particularly in the summer,
so it is always best to book early in order to avoid
disappointment. We will send you a confirmation of
booking by email or post. Approximately one week before
the hire, we will call you to discuss the exact delivery
reqirements.
Do you require a deposit?
No, we don’t require a deposit from you but
you may pay one if it is helpful to you or your organisation
to have formal paperwork confirming the booking. Deposits
will be repaid if you cancel within one week of the
hire date, or within 24 hours if poor weather is forecast.

Do you deliver ?
Yes, we always deliver and install. This is free within
a 10-mile radius of Frimley, Surrey. Outside this
radius, we may make an extra charge for extra petrol
and man time.
Do you have insurance?
We have public liability insurance covering accidents
and injuries caused by our equipment failing or incorrect
or unsafe installation. As the hirer you are responsible
for ensuring adult supervision of the inflatable at
all times. Beware of companies that don’t have
insurance, you should ask to see a copy of the policy.
We ask you to read and sign our terms and conditions
of hire before we release the inflatable to your care.
Please take them seriously. Most of the content is
common sense.
Are there any age limits?
Yes, our insurers will not allow anybody over the
age of 14 on any of our inflatables, which in turn
means they are designed and built with that age limit
in mind. Please do not allow anybody over the age
of fourteen (14) years of age on the inflatable, as
it can cause damage to the unit and they are uninsured.
Can we collect the bouncy castle?
No, our insurance cover does not allow for you to
collect and erect any of our inflatables.
Are your castles clean?
Yes, we maintain our castles to a very high standard,
they are cleaned after every hire.
Do you provide instructions?
Our Terms and Conditions act as instruction for sate
use of the inflatable.
Can you supervise the inflatable?
Yes, we can provide supervision of the bouncy castle
or inflatable, we charge per hour per person for supervision.
